Surprise, I'm finally doing it! Sure, I may be ~one month late, but I'm finally putting my ideas out into the net!

Here's some body bits, GLOGTOBER Challenge 1 Option 5.

ICU =

  1. Bismuth - Your eyes are replaced with a reflective rainbow band of solid metal stretching across your face where they should be. You feel gravity as a constant weighted blanket, and can temporarily convert this from a metaphor into a reality. When looking upon the world, you perceive a topological map formed of pins,1 like someone took a giant pin impression toy and stuck it on top of the world.

  2. Zzzap! - Three spikes of fulgurite extrude from your face. There are lightning scars where the constantly flickering lightning traced out its triangular paths between your eyes and your third eye. You sense the world by magnetic fields (your magnesense), and can focus your magnesense to electrify whatever you feel like, at the cost of temporarily shorting out your magnesense. This results in a pyramid of lightning arcing outwards from your face to focus at a third point. Congratulations! For a few brief seconds before electrifying something or someone, you're an electric unicorn!

  3. 「•」- Monochrome pointillism or colorful polygonal vector rendering, those are how you see the world now. (More understandably: You either see colorful polygons2 that form a shape or you see a cloud of dots in black and white3) Here, have an acorn. If it breaks, you go blind. If you plant it, you can grow a void tree! What’s a void tree? I don’t know, since known history has no records of one successfully being grown. Maybe you’ll be the first to do so.

  4. Eyerofoam - Something new I thought up the afternoon of posting. Your eyes are seemingly unchanged, but there's something slightly off. Upon closer inspection, it becomes obvious that they are a photorealistic print on a styrofoam orb. Much like the basilisk or Gorgon or legend, all which you gaze upon shall turn to st(yrof)oam. Yes, “stoam” - not “stone”. On the one hand, this allows for some pretty crazy stunts, like busting through a dungeon wall after staring at it, but on the other you might break the floor because you didn't pay enough attention. Luckily for you, this doesn't affect living creatures larger than a flea, or sapient creatures of any size. No turning your kid into a statue by accident or on purpose - we fixed that problem as soon as Midas sent in the bug report. You can also convert food into tasty colored styrofoam, and water or wine into liquid styrene. It'll taste the same to you, though to others it'll be lacking in nutrition or potentially poisonous, respectively. This implant is slightly hostile to whatever sort of a body you have, causing you to cry styrene and shed styrofoam balls instead of sweat or dead skin. Unlike the others, your ability to see is improved to photo quality!

  1. Diamond Nails - Effects as per the Alloy Wizard cantrip from Coinsandscrolls. They can combine into a flying disc dagger with the effect of Crystal Sphere Resonance from Ψ - Marcione, one of Nothic's Eye's original Duelist Styles - or embed themselves into your accupoints to get the effects of the Open Eye Stance in ArchonsCourt's Ψ - Carceral Duelist Style. They can do both if you’ve replaced your toenails too.
