Explosive Princess (GLoG Class)
Explosive Princess
Start with guncotton dress, slowmatch tiara, jet-powered razor wheel skates (1d4 per template slashing, or 1d6 per template flame depending on how you kick someone), 3 firetraps.
Templates: A - Artillerist, Derby Princess. B - Simple Living C - Roller D - Derby Queen
Artillerist: Able to convert guncotton and slowmatch into improvised firetraps, 1d10 damage per. Firetrap construction requires one day of downtime, plus materials, firetraps function when placed on the ground. Allows research from the Customization Chart, at the rapid speed of one customization discovered per week of downtime.
Derby Princess: Good at maneuvering on skates. Always able to find Jet Fuel after a day's search, enough for a week's maneuvering. Jet Fuel will instantly denature into air after a few seconds if not stored in jet skates. Can be used to melt steel beams (and anything of lesser hardness - or even some things of higher hardness if sufficiently thin) if poured during those few seconds, at the ratio of 1 day of maneuvering lost per inch melted.
Simple Living: You can convert cotton into guncotton by shooting it with your jet skates, and transform cords or twine into slowmatch by defeating it in a footrace (jet skates allowed). Cotton, cords, and guns not included.
Roller: You can now roll your firetraps into marbles. They can be used in children's games, or for putting under heavy objects and rolling them along. Or they can be used as ammunition in slings. You're great at playing marbles now, and at figuring out how to move things around with the use of marbles or other spherical objects to reduce ground friction. Also, permanently unlock the Gyro Customization for 0 Slots.
Derby Queen: You've bettered the endurance to skate 1500 miles in 20 days, in a modern world, at 5 hours per day. You could skate 18 hours per day, eating on the go and sleeping 6 hours, only to do it the next morning for a week straight. Exactly how long your skates have fuel for off one day's salvage! How convenient! Better hope you never need to do that, though! That's not a Queen's job. Somehow this physical and mental endurance means you're able to spend even more time tinkering around with your skates, ending up with Template+1 Slots of Customizations!
PS. You're royalty now, how fun confusing the peasantry with your newfangled technology!
Jet-Skate Maneuvering Rules:
When coming to an abrupt stop, starting a sudden acceleration, or performing an unexpected turn, you suffer 1d6 damage from the change in inertia, though it decreases each template of Explosive Princess (6, 4, 2, 1). Jet-skates are fast! Slowing down sufficiently to turn with ease, accelerate less rapidly, or stop more gradually, halves your considerable movement speed.
Artillerist Customization Chart
You can equip up to [Template]+1 Customizations, and as a default receive [Template] Slots in which to do.
Name | Description | Cost |
---|---|---|
Gyro | Gyroscopic mechanisms in your skates make it so that you no longer roll your ankles when coming to an abrupt stop, a sudden acceleration, or an unexpected turn - thus reducing the damage you take from such events to none. | 1 Slot |
Auto-Sharpener | Sharpening your wits allows you to realize sharpening your skate wheels is a good thing! They now do an extra 2d4 slashing damage! | 1 Slot |
Pistol Jet | Power up your jets to deal 2d8 flame damage and act as guns. These work with most spherical objects, including marbles, and deal 3d6 force damage on hit if using firetrap marbles as ammunition. | Fema |
